Men's Recruitment

Dear New Spartan,

First of all, congratulations on making the best decision of your young life by deciding to attend Michigan State University. It’s a wonderful place that I look forward to coming back to every year. However, there is a way to make your experience here even better, and that is by making the second best decision of your life, going GREEK!.

The Fraternity system here at Michigan State is one of the best opportunities to enrich your college experience. From lifetime brotherhood to philanthropy events to social functions, joining a Fraternity that is right for you will no doubt change your life.

When I was an incoming freshman three years ago I was from New York and made the best decision of my life by attending MSU. Shortly after I got here I realized that I wanted to be a part of something more. I wanted to not only be a Spartan, but be a Greek! Three years later I am proud to say that I did make the second best decision of my life, and it changed my experience here in ways that are too numerous to list. My experience has affected me so much that I wanted to share it with everyone I could. That is why I am here today, letting you know that if you want to get all you can out of this university, then going Greek is the best way to accomplish that. Three years ago I realized that and I hope when you step foot here in East Lansing you will too!

Have a great summer and remember Go Green, Go White, Go Greek!

Sincerely,
Alessandro Padro
