Congratulations on becoming a Spartan! We hope that you had a great fall semester and are ready to begin another exciting chapter of your life! Over the next several years, you will have the opportunity to get involved with countless student organizations. These organizations will enhance your experience at Michigan State University by providing you with a network of friends, community service opportunities, and more "real world" knowledge than you could ever learn in a class. In our opinion, the premier examples of student organizations are fraternities and sororities!

Each chapter individually raises money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. All of our lives have been touched by this disease, and we hope that our fundraising efforts will help with the fight against cancer. This year’s total donation by the Greek Community came to $192,000 making it the second-largest campus relay for life fundraiser in the nation. We beat many universities, doubled U of M, and yet we are only the Greek Community, not the entire school.
